Farmily Music is for families of 1 or more people….We sing, we play, we dance, we chat, we giggle…we connect with the farm animals, plants, land and water… I’m so grateful to make music together there. 
*we love our doggie family members and ask that you don’t bring them to this session*

Present on Chispas Farm: Water, a composting toilet, shade, some stumps and logs to sit on. Also wood chips, and some uneven ground.

Helpful items to bring: Blankets, instruments, refillable water bottles

Accessibility: The property has paths covered in wood chips, pretty flat, and very spread out.
Once you arrive at the farm, you can park on the street,
enter through the gate,
and make your way to the woods on the northwest corner of the property.

*Please be careful not to block any neighbor mailboxes*

No registration necesssary, show up as you can and as you are.

in this space, we will explore gentle movement, breath and silence.

everything is optional and adaptable. you are invited to participate in whatever way feels best for you
feel free to bring journal if you have some minutes
of spaciousness after our time together.

in this space, we will rest for rest

in supported postures
for extended periods of time 
we will explore gentle movement and delicious rest 

this space welcomes sounds that may want to come out as you’re resting
everything is optional and adaptable.
